We are a digital platform only; all contact is digital or via arranged visits/calls with members only.

1. Description of Services

The Homeless Community provides funding, support, and resources to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness for alternative housing solutions. Our services include but are not limited to providing alternative housing (motorhome, caravan, static homes and river/canal boats), financial assistance and access to community resources.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, do not have any drug & alcohol issues and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Our team will do welfare checks and will be in touch with support workers/carers/family members once your references are required at the purchasing stage of your alternative housing solution.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You may not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating the rights of others, engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities, or transmitting harmful or offensive content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property rights associated with our services are owned or licensed by the Homeless Community. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our services without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability
