Our Team

Our team is made up of 5 volunteers who are here to help and support you back into the community. We provide you with a solution to fund, purchase and manage your alternative housing options. Many times the alternative housing is second hand or may need slight repairs. We do encourage our members to find their own housing and once your campaign is funded, we will help you acquire it and support you with the steps to move forward and make your home your own. See how it works below.

(You must be homeless, at risk of homelessness or registered with the city housing department to be eligible, you will have to provide a birth certificate, residency permits and identity documents for the country you are looking to acquire alternative housing in)

Step 1
Join Us
Become a member today for free. Once you join us you will be able to create a campaign for free.
Step 1
Step 2
Create Campaign
In your dashboard, you can now create a funding campaign for your alternative housing choice.
Step 2
Step 3
Get Donations
Share your campaign with friends, family members, and anyone interested in your growth.
Step 3
Step 4
Funding
Once your campaign completes, we will need the seller's details and the alternative housing details, we will then provide you with 25% of the donated funds for viewings, down payments and expenses for travel or otherwise. (You MUST view the housing choice and provide details as requested by our staff)
Step 4
Step 5
Purchase
Once you are happy with your housing options(*) our team will reach out to your seller to offer full payment and to arrange collection/transfer of your property. All properties go in your name, not to us, it's yours.
Step 5
Step 6
Logbook/Ownership
Your original logbook or ownership deeds must be scanned and sent to us as stipulated in your membership terms and conditions on sign up, our team members may also show up to collect these personally, reason is to prevent unauthorized selling of your new home, although the housing is yours... we want it to stay that way.
Step 6

We are here to help you; we can only do this… if you can help yourself. We can only do so much, and all members must be either very aware or be able to take a friend to viewings. We will provide a list of questions to ask but your common sense and awareness of the housing you are after WILL be essential. We do not take any responsibility for faults or defects found after the purchase agreement (unless you are renting directly from us) and you may find yourself needing additional funding to mend or repair as needed.

*Occasionally we acquire alternative housing and will rent these out on a first come first serve basis, this will provide you with an option to purchase after 24 months of residency rentals.
